About the Role We are seeking a Junior Network / Telecom Specialist to support North Carolina's statewide NG911 emergency communications system. This is a contract-to-hire position with a 4-month duration. Key Responsibilities • Support the statewide NG911 emergency communications system • Monitor network performance and respond to incidents • Manage tickets and escalate issues as needed • Utilize Salesforce and monitoring dashboards for incident tracking Requirements • 3+ years of experience in Network Monitoring / NOC • 3+ years of experience in Incident Management & Ticketing • Knowledge of IP Connectivity & Telecommunications • Experience with Salesforce, Monitoring Dashboards & Incident Escalation • Strong Communication & Troubleshooting Skills Note: 911 experience is not required; training will be provided.
