About the Role We are looking for a NICE CXone Lead Developer to join our team. This role focuses on leading technical design and implementation of NICE CXone platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Lead the technical design and implementation of NICE CXone platform capabilities • Design and develop IVR applications using NICE CXone Studio • Build integrations between NICE CXone and Salesforce/CRM platforms • Integrate AI-powered capabilities, including Agent Assist, Conversation Intelligence, Summarization, Sentiment Analytics, and QA Scoring, into CXone workflows • Hold NICE CXone technical certification(s) Requirements • Experience with NICE CXone platform • Knowledge of IVR application development • Integration experience with Salesforce and CRM platforms • Understanding of AI capabilities in customer experience • NICE CXone technical certification
