About the Role We are looking for an experienced Observability Engineer to build and scale our observability platform and drive system reliability across distributed engineering teams. Key Responsibilities • Build and scale the observability platform • Drive system reliability across distributed engineering teams • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions Requirements • 7+ years of experience in observability engineering • Proficiency in Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki • Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code • Knowledge of OpenTelemetry and Distributed Tracing • 2–3+ years of programming experience in Java or Python • Understanding of SLOs, SLIs, Alerting, and Incident Management • Familiarity with CI/CD and Platform Engineering Benefits
