About the Role We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join a 1-year remote project. This role involves designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules based on business requirements. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications via REST APIs and Web Services • Optimize database queries to maintain system performance • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation • Advise on technical architecture, best practices, and Odoo version upgrades or migrations Requirements • 6+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience • Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) • Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript (OWL / QWeb) • Deep understanding of the Odoo ORM, workflows, and core modules: CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing (MRP), and Marketing Automation • Proven track record delivering end-to-end Odoo implementations • Proficient with Git and comfortable working in Linux environments • Available to work 1 PM to 6 PM UAE time daily • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Nice to have • Hands-on experience with Odoo Manufacturing (MRP) • Previous work in manufacturing or complex industrial environments
