About the Role OtterSoft is building an AI-ready workforce management platform powered by a sophisticated semantic data architecture. We are hiring our first Ontology Architect to design and own the semantic model at the core of our platform. Key Responsibilities • Design and own the semantic model that defines how people, credentials, organizations, facilities, units, shifts, assignments, and contracts relate • Establish the architecture, technical standards, and governance practices that support the platform • Work closely with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders • Define how data is structured, connected, interpreted, and used by applications and AI agents Requirements • Experience with semantic data architecture and business rules • Ability to transform complex business processes into scalable semantic models • Strong understanding of data governance and technical standards • Experience with AI-agent workflows and intelligent matching systems
