About the Role OtterSoft is looking for an experienced Ontology Architect to design and own the semantic architecture for their next-generation, AI-ready platform. This foundational role will involve building a scalable ontology that connects complex data, business rules, and operational workflows to enable intelligent matching, compliance automation, and AI-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Design and own the semantic architecture for an AI-ready platform • Build a scalable ontology connecting complex data, business rules, and operational workflows • Enable intelligent matching, compliance automation, and AI-driven decision-making Requirements • 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or a related field • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing production ontologies, knowledge graphs, or semantic layers • Experience with Palantir Foundry Ontology, RDF/OWL/SHACL, SPARQL, Neo4j, or Amazon Neptune • Strong SQL and Python skills • Experience with enterprise data integration, APIs, and data pipelines • A strong understanding of data governance, security, and semantic modeling We’re seeking someone who enjoys building foundational architecture, solving complex data challenges, and enabling reliable AI-powered applications.
