About the Role We are looking for an OpenShift Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing and maintaining Red Hat OpenShift environments with a focus on production support and cluster upgrades. Key Responsibilities • Administer Red Hat OpenShift (v4.x preferred) environments • Provide production support and perform incident management • Conduct root cause analysis for system issues • Implement cluster upgrades and maintenance activities • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash/Python Requirements • 5–7 years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift administration • Strong Linux/Red Hat CoreOS administration and troubleshooting skills • Experience with Bash/Python scripting, automation, and DevOps tools • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Helm, and GitOps/ArgoCD • Experience with production support, cluster upgrades, incident management, and root cause analysis • Familiarity with Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK is a plus • Azure cloud experience and relevant OpenShift/CKA certifications are preferred Important Note: Candidates must be open to full-time conversion.
