About the Role We are seeking an OpenShift Administrator to join our finance/banking team. This role involves administering RedHat OpenShift clusters and handling complex technical issues to ensure platform stability. Key Responsibilities • Administer, maintain, and upgrade RedHat OpenShift clusters (v4.x preferred) in production and non-production environments • Handle complex technical issues, perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolve platform bottlenecks • Participate in 24x7 production support rotations and handle critical incidents • Develop and maintain shell/Python scripts for automation and implement CI/CD pipelines Requirements • 8+ years of related work experience • RedHat OpenShift (v4.x) administration • Strong Linux system administration (RedHat Linux, CoreOS) • Container orchestration and pod scheduling/debugging • Proficiency in Shell scripting, Bash, Python, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Helm, Docker • Experience with monitoring platforms like Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK • RedHat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) preferred
