About the Role We are looking for an OpenShift Platform Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on managing and maintaining container platforms in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement container solutions using Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes • Perform Linux administration and troubleshooting • Configure and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm • Implement GitOps practices with Argo CD and CI/CD pipelines • Monitor system performance with Prometheus and Grafana • Ensure container security and manage RBAC and networking • Provide production support and incident management • Conduct root cause analysis for production issues Requirements • 4+ years of production container platform experience • At least 2 years of OpenShift or enterprise Kubernetes experience • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills • Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI • Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Tekton, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions • Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go • Understanding of monitoring tools and container security practices
