About the Role We are looking for an experienced OpenText Exstream Developer with strong expertise in Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions to join our enterprise technology team. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise-scale OpenText Exstream CCM solutions • Handle Exstream administration, including installation, upgrades, migration, and troubleshooting • Develop and manage multi-channel customer communication outputs • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of CCM applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust enterprise communication solutions Requirements • 8–10 years of relevant experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience in OpenText Exstream / StreamServe • Strong knowledge of OpenText Exstream 16.x and above • Exstream administration: installation, configuration, migration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and connectivity setup • Experience with ControlCenter, CommunicationBuilder, Workshop (Web Applications), and PostProcessing • Strong knowledge of StreamIn, XMLIn, StreamOut, and XMLOut • Experience with DocBrokerPlus, PostProcessor, OMR, Barcodes, Enveloping, Sorting, and InteractiveObjects • Experience delivering customer communications through Email, PDF, Fax, Archiving, and Post Processor Repositories • Strong PostgreSQL, Python, and Shell scripting skills • Experience integrating OpenText solutions with enterprise applications through APIs and web/microservices • OpenText Documentum Foundation Classes (DFC) and Composer • Java programming for Documentum method development • Workflow and lifecycle configurations • Server monitoring and maintenance • RESTful services using Spring Framework
