About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Engineer to support and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements.
Key Responsibilities
• Support operations and manage delivery for production systems and services
• Ensure compliance with operational requirements and service agreements
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations engineering
• 15 years of full-time education
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure
• Proficiency in DevOps and Automation Tools
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and Configuration Management
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their Compute & Networking components
• Knowledge of Storage & Databases, Containerization, and Container Orchestration
• Understanding of System Administration & Networking, including Operating Systems and Networking Fundamentals
• Experience with Security & Compliance, including IAM and Secrets Management
• Skills in Observability & Incident Response, including Monitoring and Alerting
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Collaboration with developers, QA, and IT teams
• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Continuous learning and adapting to new tools and cloud services
