About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX / PL/SQL Technical Lead or Senior Application Developer for a 6+ month contract position. This role requires expertise in application development, database design, and integration. Key Responsibilities • Conduct and document unit/component testing • Resolve defects and support subsequent testing phases • Develop Patient Portal modules and manage data • Perform Oracle database schema design and performance tuning • Handle data migration and reconciliation tasks Requirements • 7+ years of experience in application development • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle APEX and PL/SQL • Knowledge of the GDPH environment is preferred • Experience in application rebuilds and system integrations
