About the Role We are seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead to join our team for a contract position. This role involves leading full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementations and managing technical aspects of the projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementations • Manage HCM integrations, OIC, OCI, reporting, Fast Formulas, and data conversion • Handle technical architecture, security assessments, APIs, middleware, and environment management • Lead onshore/offshore technical teams • Manage testing, deployment, cutover, and go-live activities • Provide client-facing communication and technical problem-solving Requirements • Experience leading full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementations • Strong expertise in HCM integrations, OIC, OCI, reporting, Fast Formulas, and data conversion • Knowledge of technical architecture, security assessments, APIs, middleware, and environment management • Ability to lead onshore/offshore technical teams • Experience managing testing, deployment, cutover, and go-live activities • Excellent client-facing communication and technical problem-solving skills
