About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead to lead technical delivery for a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation program. Key Responsibilities • Lead technical delivery for Oracle Cloud HCM implementation • Manage technical delivery for large, complex Oracle Cloud HCM deployments • Handle integrations, reporting, Fast Formulas, data conversion, environment management, and deployment Requirements • Proven experience leading at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementations as a Technical Lead • Strong experience managing technical delivery for large, complex Oracle Cloud HCM deployments • Expertise in integrations, reporting, Fast Formulas, data conversion, environment management, and deployment • Knowledge of OIC, OCI, CIF, APIs, middleware, networking, and security requirements
