About the Role Serve as the functional owner for Oracle Fusion Cloud Source-to-Pay (STP) and Acquire-to-Retire (ATR) implementations supporting the Client’s M&A initiatives. This role involves independently leading the full implementation lifecycle from discovery through production support. Key Responsibilities • Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle modules including Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Contracts, and Payables for STP • Manage Fixed Assets, Asset Capitalization, Additions, Transfers, Retirement, and Accounting for ATR • Support mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, and enterprise integrations • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Accounting, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions • Lead workshops and produce functional design documents, specifications, configuration workbooks, and test scripts • Own functional design and validation of integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Zip Procurement Platform, and finance and asset management systems • Lead SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover, and production deployment Requirements • 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience • At least 3 full-lifecycle implementations (Discovery through Hypercare) • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Procurement, Payables, and Fixed Assets • Proven experience with M&A, carve-outs, or enterprise transformation programs • Experience with supplier/asset data migration, legal entity onboarding, and production cutovers • Ability to independently lead complex implementations across cross-functional teams
