About the Role We are seeking an Oracle EPM ARCS Specialist to join our team immediately. This role requires expertise in Oracle EPM – Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) with both functional and technical capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Provide strong experience in Oracle EPM – ARCS • Demonstrate functional and technical expertise in Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching • Engage in requirement gathering, solution design, development, implementation, and project delivery • Maintain good understanding of integrations and reconciliation processes • Manage stakeholders, lead teams, and mentor junior team members Requirements • 4+ years of experience in Oracle EPM – ARCS • Functional and technical expertise in Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, development, implementation, and project delivery • Good understanding of integrations and reconciliation processes • Ability to manage stakeholders, lead teams, and mentor junior team members
