About the Role We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Developer to join our team for a government IT contract in Oklahoma City. This role requires strong Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) experience and applications development skills. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements and develop application solutions • Design, develop, test, and implement software applications • Prepare technical specifications and functional documentation • Conduct testing, debugging, and application maintenance • Collaborate with users, management, and technical teams Requirements • 15+ years of IT experience preferred/required • Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) • Oracle EPM Development & Applications Analysis • Government / Public Sector Experience • Application Design, Development & Implementation • Technical Requirements & Functional Specifications • Program Logic, Coding, Testing & Debugging • UAT, Regression, Integration & Performance Testing • Application Maintenance & Troubleshooting • Technical Documentation & User Support
