About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant / Configuration Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects and configuring Oracle HCM modules. Key Responsibilities • Support end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects • Conduct client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations • Configure Oracle HCM modules and recommend industry best practices • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configuration designs • Perform functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), and defect resolution • Support data migration from legacy HR systems to Oracle Cloud • Plan and deliver end-user training, transition, and post-implementation support • Track Oracle HCM functionality changes and communicate their business impact • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification • 3+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM / Oracle HCM Cloud experience • Hands-on implementation experience across at least two Oracle HCM implementation projects • Strong knowledge of Global HR and at least one additional HCM module • Experience with Absence Management, Time and Labor, or Recruiting is preferred • Oracle Cloud certification in at least one HCM module preferred, particularly Absence, Time and Labor, or Recruiting • Experience with client workshops, solution design, and module configuration • Knowledge of data migration from legacy HR systems to Oracle Cloud • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively
