About the Role We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Resource to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud Security, APIs, and some experience with AI agents. Key Responsibilities • Research and troubleshoot complex Oracle HCM Cloud production issues, isolate the cause, and resolve them • Build and support Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, including design, testing, and ongoing support • Use Oracle HCM APIs to retrieve and update data, including authentication, security, testing, and error troubleshooting • Configure, enhance, and troubleshoot Oracle Recruiting Cloud • Investigate Oracle HCM Cloud security and access issues between users in similar roles • Write, update, and repair reports • Handle escalated tickets and document solutions • Transfer knowledge to the existing team Requirements • Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud technical troubleshooting • Building and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud integrations • Working with Oracle HCM APIs • Hands-on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) experience • Oracle Cloud security • Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts • Some experience building AI agents
