This is not a greenfield implementation but a critical expansion to support ongoing system enhancements, production support, and annual version upgrade cycles. The role is strategically significant; the team is currently managing high business demand and architectural upgrades. Performance in this role may lead to team consolidation and long-term career growth within the organization. Technical Environment Platform: Oracle Hyperion (On-Premise) Applications: Hyperion Planning, Essbase (BSO/ASO) Tools: Calculation Manager, Smart View, Financial Reporting (FR), LCM Automation/Data: MaxL, Batch Scripting, SQL, FDMEE/ODI Top 3 Critical Responsibilities Development & Enhancement: Design and develop complex Hyperion applications, including the creation and tuning of business rules, calculation scripts, and automation. Production & Close Support: Provide high-tier troubleshooting and support during critical financial close cycles and system upgrades. Business Partnership: Act as a bridge between technical execution and functional requirements, gathering specs directly from stakeholders to deliver scalable architecture. Candidate Requirements Experience: Proven track record in Senior-level Hyperion Development within an on-premises environment. Core Skills: Expert-level Essbase (BSO/ASO), Hyperion Planning, and Financial Reporting. Soft Skills: Ability to work directly with business users and navigate the rigors of the banking industry. Logistics: Must be local to Pittsburgh or willing to relocate prior to Day 1 to maintain a 100% onsite presence.
