About the Role We are looking for a skilled OT Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team, focusing on protecting Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and industrial networks. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement OT cybersecurity strategies, policies, and architectures • Secure SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, and industrial networks • Conduct OT asset discovery, vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and remediation planning • Implement network segmentation, industrial DMZs, firewalls, and secure remote access • Manage OT security monitoring, intrusion detection, and incident response • Develop backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures • Support security audits, compliance assessments, and industrial system modernization Requirements • OT/ICS cybersecurity architecture and industrial control systems • SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, and industrial protocols: Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA, PROFINET • Network segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, jump servers, and Zero Trust • OT vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response • Familiarity with Claroty, Nozomi Networks, Dragos, or Microsoft Defender for IoT • Windows/Linux security, IAM, endpoint security, and operational resilience Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field • Certifications such as GICSP, GRID, CISSP, CISM, or IEC 62443 • Experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, power, utilities, water treatment, transportation, or critical infrastructure • Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
