About the Role We are seeking an OT Network Engineer to support industrial or OT networks in manufacturing or industrial environments. This role requires maintaining network uptime and resolving incidents within defined SLA targets. Key Responsibilities • Maintain 99.5%+ uptime for critical OT network infrastructure • Resolve priority incidents within defined SLA targets • Achieve 95%+ compliance for security patches on OT network devices • Execute network changes with 95%+ success rate without causing disruption • Maintain network latency and bandwidth utilization within acceptable thresholds • Provide positive feedback from plant operations and automation teams Requirements • 3–5 years of network administration experience, including 2+ years supporting industrial or OT networks • Hands-on experience with industrial Ethernet, routing, switching, and network security appliances • Working knowledge of ICS/SCADA protocols (OPC, Modbus, PROFINET, CIP, DNP3) • CCNA certification • Experience with Cisco technologies including Industrial Ethernet switches, Firepower, ISE, and Catalyst Center • Familiarity with OT security tools such as Cyber Vision and Stealthwatch • Knowledge of IEC standards (60870-5-101/104, 61850) • Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments • CCNP or equivalent certification
