Responsibilities Process warranty claims and customer requests in line with company policiesDeliver exceptional customer service and supportCollaborate with dealers to manage stock and ensure timely deliveriesProvide training and coordinate parts logisticsInterpret technical drawings and offer parts advice to the dealer networkSource, stock, and distribute spare partsAssist with online parts store setup and new vehicle inspections Qualifications Preferred: Cert III in automotive trade, Bachelors degree, or equivalentExperience in Aftersales, Service, or PartsStrong customer service and business acumenExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read technical drawings and instructionsProficiency in parts management systems and general computer skills Whats in It for You?
