10+ years of experience in pogram management, product management managing large programs or portfolio of applicationsAbility to work as individual player and team leaderExperienced in budgeting, planning and stakeholder management, risk, and Impact analysisPlan and manage projects based on organizational and technical guidance in collaboration with various stakeholders including Product OwnerManage product documentation, resource forecasting/capacity planning and dependencies Understanding various program management or product management techniques such as clarityManage multiple applications and product platforms as part of entireprise aquisitionIdentify modernization opportunities, including simplification, consolidation, performance improvements, and enhanced network-based risk decisioning.Partner with Risk Technology, Network teams, Enterprise Architecture, and Data Strategy to shape long-term platform capabilities.Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for authorization and risk features.Map current legacy workflows and translate them into target-state capabilities on the new authorization system or network.Lead migration planning including dependency assessment, sequencing, change-management strategy, and operational readiness.Drive execution through agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
