About the Role We are seeking an experienced Payments Program Manager with a focus on the banking domain. This is a long-term opportunity requiring extensive experience in payments modernization and program management. Key Responsibilities • Manage payments modernization initiatives including ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, SWIFT and ISO 20022 • Oversee blockchain and distributed ledger technology implementations • Lead program and technical project management activities • Implement enterprise integration solutions using APIs and microservices • Manage risk, governance, RAID and stakeholder relationships Requirements • 12+ years of experience in banking and financial services • Expertise in payments modernization technologies • Knowledge of blockchain, DLT and digital assets • Strong program and technical project management skills • Experience with Agile, Scrum and SAFe methodologies • Proficiency in enterprise integration, APIs and microservices • Ability to manage onsite/offshore teams • PMP, PgMP or SAFe certification is a plus
