About the Role We are looking for an experienced Pega Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing business requirements and supporting digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Gain exposure to Pega Blueprint for application design and accelerated development • Support initiatives involving Pega Cloud, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation • Facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, and stakeholder discussions • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery Requirements • Experience with Pega Blueprint • Knowledge of Pega Cloud (2026) • Understanding of AI-driven initiatives • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
