About the Role
We are seeking a Pega Lead System Architect to join our team in Trenton, NJ. This role requires extensive experience with Pega systems and enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement enterprise-level Pega solutions
• Lead technical architecture and system design
• Mentor developers and lead cross-functional teams
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability
Requirements
• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• 9+ years of Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) experience
• 5+ years of Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) experience
• Current/applicable Pega LSA certification
• Strong expertise in Pega Smart BPM, PMF, and DCO
• Hands-on experience with Pega case management, workflows, data models, and integrations
• Strong knowledge of DB2, SQL Server, database design, and stored procedures
• Enterprise application architecture, SDLC, Agile, and technical leadership
• Experience mentoring developers and leading cross-functional teams
