About the Role We are seeking a Pega System Analyst with extensive experience in Pega PRPC and Pega Platform. This role involves hands-on application development, configuration, and solution design. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Pega applications and solutions • Configure and develop Pega systems according to business requirements • Manage case management, workflow automation, and business rules • Integrate various services and platforms using REST APIs, SOAP services, and Kafka • Troubleshoot and optimize Pega performance using tools like PAL and Log Analyzer • Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization • Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices for Pega deployments Requirements • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC/Pega Platform • Strong knowledge of Pega application development, configuration, and solution design • Experience with case management, workflow automation, business rules, and decisioning • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, Kafka, Data Pages, Connectors, and Integration Services • Understanding of Rule Resolution, Layer Cake Architecture, and reusable application frameworks • Experience with Pega performance tuning and troubleshooting tools, including PAL, Log Analyzer, and DB Tracer • Knowledge of application security, scalability, performance optimization, and governance • Exposure to Pega Deployment Manager, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Understanding of modern application architecture and enterprise integration patterns Preferred Qualifications • Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification • Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) certification • Experience with Pega Customer Service, Customer Engagement, or related Pega frameworks
