About the Role We are seeking a Performance Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining performance test scripts to ensure optimal application performance. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts • Execute load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing • Develop performance testing strategies, plans, and frameworks • Analyze performance bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis • Monitor application performance and recommend optimization solutions • Prepare detailed performance test reports, dashboards, and summaries • Integrate performance testing tools into CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with QA, Development, DevOps, and business teams Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with JMeter and LoadRunner • Experience in load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing • Ability to develop performance testing strategies, plans, and frameworks • Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
