Job Title: Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist (Local + eCommerce – Furniture, France) Overview We are hiring a results-driven Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to grow a furniture business in France. This role is highly focused on local SEO, eCommerce SEO, sales-driven SEO, and paid advertising. Your main objective is simple: increase sales and revenue. --- Your Responsibilities 1. SEO (Sales-Driven Organic Growth) Local SEO - Optimize Google Business Profile - Improve Google Maps (Local Pack) rankings - Build and manage local citations (France directories) - Implement and manage review strategy On-Page SEO - Optimize product and category pages for buyer-intent keywords - Improve internal linking and content structure - Target French commercial keywords (purchase intent) Off-Page SEO - Build high-quality backlinks - Increase domain authority in the furniture niche - Execute outreach and partnerships Technical SEO - Perform full technical audits - Fix indexing, crawl issues, and site speed - Improve site architecture and structured data --- 2. Paid Advertising (Performance Focused) - Manage and scale campaigns on (Search + Shopping) - Run high-converting campaigns on (Facebook & Instagram Ads) - Test creatives and audiences on Ads - Build and optimize retargeting funnels - Improve CPA and ROAS consistently --- 3.
