We help businesses grow through performance marketing, creative strategy, design, development, AI, and automation. We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who is highly skilled in Meta Ads and Google Ads and can take ownership of campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. This role is for someone who understands performance marketing beyond basic ad setup. The ideal candidate should be able to study the market, understand audience behavior, identify trends, plan effective campaigns, and make decisions that improve results. You should also have strong English communication skills, be confident in presenting your ideas, and be comfortable working in an on-site role with our team in Lahore. Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Strategy Campaign Management & Optimization Tracking & Performance Analysis Reporting & Communication Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports Present insights, recommendations, and campaign results professionally Communicate confidently in English, both written and verbal Participate in internal discussions and client-facing conversations when needed Translate data into actionable business decisions Requirements 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing Strong practical expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads Proven experience managing lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns Strong understanding of campaign planning, audience segmentation, testing, and scaling Hands-on experience with: Meta Ads Manager Google Ads GA4 GTM Meta Pixel Conversion API UTM tracking Preferred Experience working with international markets such as USA, Canada, UK, or Australia What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who can do more than just run ads.
