About the Role We are looking for an experienced PingOne CIAM Engineer to design, configure, and support secure customer identity solutions in a 100% remote setup. This role focuses on implementing scalable authentication journeys across web and mobile platforms using PingOne and PingOne DaVinci. Key Responsibilities • Design and configure PingOne-based CIAM solutions, including customer registration, login, account recovery, and MFA • Develop and maintain identity orchestration flows using PingOne DaVinci (no-code connectors, business logic, and policies) • Integrate web and mobile apps with PingOne using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SSO, and MFA • Support application onboarding, API integration, and third-party identity provider connections • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and federation issues independently in a remote environment Requirements • Primary Focus: PingIdentity / PingOne & Customer IAM (CIAM) • Orchestration: Hands-on experience with PingOne DaVinci • Protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, SSO, and MFA • Integration: Application onboarding, identity attributes, roles, and access policies
