About the Role We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on infrastructure automation and platform engineering. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement infrastructure automation solutions • Lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements Requirements • 7+ years of Engineering and Technology Infrastructure experience • 5+ years of experience with Terraform, Ansible, Crossplane, or similar IaC tools • Strong Linux/Unix and Windows Server administration experience • Expertise in infrastructure automation and platform engineering • Hands-on experience with GitOps, ArgoCD, Tekton, and GitHub Actions • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration • REST API development using Golang, Python, or Java • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Observability tools: Splunk, Grafana, Elastic, Prometheus, or AppDynamics • Strong architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring skills
