Job Title: Platform Engineer/IAM Focus /Cloud Platform & DevOps Engineer  Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Experience: 10+ Years Role Overview ·        As a Platform/SRE Engineer specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will bridge the gap between infrastructure engineering and cybersecurity. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining the automated systems that manage digital identities and access controls. Your goal is to ensure that the platform is secure, resilient, and provides a seamless "self-service" experience for developers while meeting strict financial regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities ·        Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and deploy scalable IAM infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi. ·        Automation & Orchestration: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions) to automate the lifecycle of identities and permissions. ·        Platform Engineering: Develop "Golden Paths" for developers to integrate with IAM services (e.g., OAuth2, OIDC, SAML) without manual intervention. ·        SRE & Observability: Monitor the health and performance of identity services; manage incident response, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and maintain high availability (99.9% uptime).
