About the Role We are looking for a Platform Services Technical Leader to join our team and help define the future of FedRAMP High and DoD IL5 platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Drive technical strategy for Platform Services supporting FedRAMP High and IL5 environments • Lead architecture decisions for platform APIs, CI/CD components, automation workflows, and service onboarding • Automate federal promotion and deployment processes with reliable delivery pipelines • Define best practices for deployment validation, operational readiness, change control, and rollback strategies • Collaborate across engineering teams to resolve dependencies and guide critical technical decisions • Conduct architecture and design reviews focused on security, observability, scalability, and compliance • Mentor engineers and elevate engineering standards through reviews and technical leadership • Partner with stakeholders on planning, risk management, and execution of mission-critical initiatives Requirements • 8-12+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, Distributed Systems, or Cloud Operations • Proven technical leadership across large-scale platform or infrastructure programs • Strong programming experience with Python, Go, Ruby, or similar languages • Hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Production Automation • Experience operating highly reliable, secure, and observable cloud environments • Strong understanding of incident management and deployment orchestration • Excellent communication, architecture review, mentoring, and leadership skills
