About the Role We are looking for a PL/SQL Developer with expertise in Oracle HCM to join our team. This role involves working with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL to develop and maintain database solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers • Perform performance tuning of database solutions • Work with Oracle HCM (Fusion Cloud HCM / EBS HRMS) • Handle data migration and integration tasks • Analyze, debug, and solve complex problems Requirements • 6+ years of experience in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL • Expertise in Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers & Performance Tuning • Experience with Oracle HCM (Fusion Cloud HCM / EBS HRMS) • Knowledge of HCM Data Models, Data Migration & Integrations • Strong analytical, debugging & problem-solving skills
