About the Role NGM Tech is seeking an experienced PL/SQL Developer to work on Oracle HCM projects. This is a remote contract opportunity requiring expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain PL/SQL code for Oracle HCM applications • Work with stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers • Perform performance tuning of database objects • Handle data migration and integration tasks • Debug and resolve technical issues Requirements • 6+ years of experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL • Expertise in stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers • Experience with Oracle HCM (Fusion Cloud HCM or EBS HRMS) • Knowledge of HCM data models, data migration, and integrations • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Good to Have • Experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud
