About the Role We are looking for a PL/SQL Developer with Oracle HCM expertise to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining Oracle HCM systems. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code • Create and manage Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, and Triggers • Perform performance tuning and optimization • Work with Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud or EBS HRMS • Handle HCM Data Models, Data Migration, and Integrations • Debug and solve complex technical problems Requirements • 5+ years of experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL • Strong expertise in Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers • Experience with Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud or EBS HRMS • Knowledge of HCM Data Models, Data Migration, and Integrations • Strong Debugging and Problem-Solving Skills Good to Have • Experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and OIC
