About the Role We are looking for an experienced PL/SQL Developer with strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HCM for a remote contract opportunity. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain PL/SQL programs and database objects • Optimize database performance and improve query efficiency • Support Oracle HCM integrations and data migration activities • Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root-cause analysis • Ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable database solutions Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL • Expertise in stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and performance tuning • Experience with Oracle HCM, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle EBS HRMS • Knowledge of HCM data models, data migration, and integrations • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
