About the Role We are looking for an experienced PL/SQL Developer with strong Oracle HCM expertise for a remote opportunity. This role focuses on developing and maintaining PL/SQL programs and supporting Oracle HCM systems. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain PL/SQL programs, including stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers. • Perform Oracle database performance tuning and optimization. • Support integrations with Oracle HCM systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve database and HCM-related technical issues. • Work with Oracle HCM data models and support data migration activities. • Contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or EBS HRMS implementations and enhancements. • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver reliable database solutions. Requirements • 6+ years of relevant development experience. • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. • Experience with stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers. • Strong knowledge of Oracle database performance tuning. • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle EBS HRMS. • Understanding of Oracle HCM data models. • Experience with data migration and integrations. • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
