If you’re passionate about next‑gen automotive technologies and want to work directly with leading global OEMs — this is the role for you! 🔧 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 You will be stationed at the OEM and responsible for end‑to‑end project coordination for ADAS in‑vehicle features, including:  • Creating, managing & controlling project development schedules  • Supporting ADAS feature integration into vehicles  • Driving proactive process improvements  • Coordinating supplier technical specifications  • Test planning, progress tracking & results analysis  • Managing part drawings, layouts & equipment specifications  • Supporting Functional Safety (ISO 26262) & Cybersecurity processes  • Coordinating software update processes  • Japanese–English / English–Japanese translation of engineering documents 🧠 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲  • Architectural-level understanding of in‑vehicle systems  • Strong knowledge of ADAS, including DMS, OMS, CPD  • Experience in DRBFM / FTA / FMEA  • Ability to create ADAS system specifications  • 3+ years embedded software development  • 8+ years Automotive industry experience (OEM/Tier-1 preferred)  • Experience as Project Manager / PMO  • Hands-on with project tools: JIRA, GitLab, DOORS, MS Project, Agile/Scrum  • Business-level English proficiency  • Japanese – Native or JLPT N2 and above 🌟 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲)  • Automotive systems engineering experience  • Knowledge of NCAP safety regulations (Euro NCAP, Japan NCAP, etc.)  • ADAS ECU understanding (warnings/logic/horizontal control)  • Familiarity with CAN/LIN/DTC protocols  • Experience with ETAS / VECTOR / Lauterbach tools  • Functional Safety & homologation basics (ISO 26262, R79, R89, GSR, etc.)  • Understanding of vehicle wiring diagrams & harness CAD 🎓 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Bachelor’s degree or higher in: Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 👉 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 📩 Send your CV to me through a LinkedIn DM Let’s build the future of mobility — together. #QuestGlobal #Hiring #JobsInJapan #JLPTN2 #JapaneseJobs #AutomotiveJobs #ADAS #PMOJobs #ProjectManagement #EmbeddedSystems #FunctionalSafety #ISO26262 #AutomotiveEngineering #MobilityEngineering #VehicleSafety #EngineeringJobs #TechJobs #BangaloreJobs #ChennaiJobs #HyderabadJobs #PuneJobs #KochiJobs #TrivandrumJobs
