About the Role We are looking for an experienced Chemical Engineering professional to lead a team of 5–10 technical trainers working on a frontier AI training and evaluation initiative. Key Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and manage a pod of technical trainers • Review chemical engineering tasks for technical accuracy, quality, and reproducibility • Validate process simulations, reaction kinetics, thermodynamics, phase equilibria, and optimization workflows • Verify mass and energy balances, numerical methods, solver convergence, and computational results • Review reference solutions and automated tests to ensure reliable engineering evaluation • Provide technical feedback, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery Requirements • PhD, postdoctoral experience, or equivalent advanced technical expertise in Chemical Engineering • Strong programming skills in Python, Julia, C/C++, or MATLAB/Octave • Proficiency in Linux environments • Hands-on expertise in process modeling, reaction kinetics, thermodynamic modeling, process simulation, or optimization • Strong understanding of numerical methods, computational modeling, and technical validation • Experience reviewing complex technical work and mentoring or leading technical teams Benefits • No medical benefits or paid leave under this contract
