About the Role We are looking for experienced Polarion Developers to join our team. This role focuses on Polarion customization, API development, reporting, and working on ASPICE-based automotive projects. Key Responsibilities • Develop Polarion Live Reports, Wiki scripts, dashboards and custom widgets • Build multi-level SYS, SWE, HW and test traceability reports • Develop reusable scripts for bulk updates, document migration and data cleanup • Optimize queries and reports to improve performance • Manage Polarion workflows, work items, Live Documents, link roles, baselines and test management • Support deployments, production issues and root-cause analysis • Manage Jira-based requirements, defects and technical documentation • Support customer demonstrations and stakeholder communication Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Polarion Development • Strong experience in Polarion customization and API development • Proficiency in VTL (Velocity Template Language), Lucene Queries, and SQL • Knowledge of ASPICE and the Automotive domain • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Java programming skills are a plus • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Highcharts is a plus • Experience supporting production Polarion environments is a plus
