Key Responsibilities • PostgreSQL Development and Database Architecture • SQL / PL/pgSQL and Query Optimization • Data Modeling and Schema Design • Performance Tuning and Indexing • Replication, High Availability and Disaster Recovery • ETL/ELT, Kafka, CDC, Real-Time Pipelines • Python, Java, SQL, Bash • Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices • Docker, Kubernetes • AWS RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL, Azure PostgreSQL, GCP • Terraform, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins • Database Security, RBAC, Compliance Requirements • 5+ years of PostgreSQL experience • Strong database engineering and performance tuning skills • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Application integration skills • Preferred: Healthcare experience, database migrations, DevOps automation, and enterprise-scale environments.
