About the Role We are looking for a Power Apps Developer to join our team and build business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves automating processes and managing enterprise-scale implementations. Key Responsibilities • Design and support large-scale Power Apps and automation solutions • Implement ALM strategies, deployment pipelines, and DevOps practices • Leverage AI Builder, Copilot, and other Microsoft AI capabilities • Analyze platform metrics and develop monitoring frameworks • Provide technical leadership and mentor team members Requirements • 5+ years of experience with Power Platform • Strong hands-on expertise in Power Platform administration and governance • Experience with environment management, security controls, and DLP policy management • Understanding of Power Platform licensing, security architecture, and compliance requirements • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
