About the Role We are seeking a Power BI Data Engineer to lead the migration of enterprise reporting solutions from SAP BusinessObjects to Microsoft Power BI. This role will focus on modernizing reporting platforms, developing scalable semantic models, and delivering interactive and paginated reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead the migration of enterprise reporting solutions from SAP BusinessObjects to Microsoft Power BI • Develop scalable semantic models and deliver interactive and paginated reporting solutions • Modernize reporting platforms and ensure data integration and engineering requirements are met Requirements • 8+ years of Business Intelligence, analytics, and reporting experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions in Microsoft Power BI • Hands-on experience developing Power BI Paginated Reports using Report Builder • Strong experience with DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, semantic modeling, and data warehousing concepts • Experience working with Databricks, Amazon Redshift, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, and large-scale enterprise datasets • Experience designing star schemas, fact and dimension models, and optimizing reporting performance • Strong understanding of Power BI Service, Dataflows, Deployment Pipelines, and Row-Level Security (RLS) • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
