About the Role We are seeking a Power BI Developer with strong data engineering and data integration experience to migrate enterprise reporting solutions from SAP BusinessObjects to Microsoft Power BI. Key Responsibilities • Migrate SAP BusinessObjects reports and Universes to Power BI • Develop dashboards, paginated reports, and semantic models • Build data integration solutions and optimize reporting performance • Perform data validation, report reconciliation, testing, and deployment • Implement security, governance, and Row-Level Security (RLS) Requirements • 8+ years of experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service & Report Builder • Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL • Experience with Data Engineering, Data Integration, Data Modeling, Star Schema & Data Warehousing • Familiarity with Databricks, Amazon Redshift, DB2, Oracle & SQL Server • Understanding of SAP BusinessObjects, Web Intelligence & Crystal Reports • Experience with Semantic Models, Dataflows, RLS & Deployment Pipelines Important: This is not a pure Power BI reporting role. Strong data engineering and data integration experience is mandatory.
