About the Role We are seeking a Power BI Lead Developer to join our team in Monrovia, CA. This role involves leading end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models, and collaborating with data engineers on ETL/ELT pipelines. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models • Collaborate with data engineers on ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server and Oracle • Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions and technical specifications • Optimize dashboard and report performance • Manage BI data governance, security, compliance, and Power BI Service administration • Engage stakeholders across departments and present insights to non-technical audiences • Lead and mentor developers while evaluating new Power BI and Microsoft Fabric features Requirements • 8+ years of experience in BI development • Strong expertise in Power BI Dashboard and Report Development • Advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M) • Experience with Data Modeling and BI/Data Analytics • Proficiency in ETL/ELT Pipelines • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and SQL Query Optimization • Power BI Service Administration skills Preferred Qualifications • Microsoft certifications: PL-300 / DP-600 • Python knowledge • CI/CD for BI deployments using Azure DevOps and Git integration • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
