About the Role We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Architect to lead enterprise-level architecture, governance, security, and risk management for Microsoft Power Platform environments. Key Responsibilities • Define enterprise Power Platform architecture, governance frameworks, and target operating models • Establish environment strategies, DLP policies, connector approval processes, and exception management • Implement security controls covering IAM, identity, authentication, and risk mitigation • Develop citizen developer operating models, RACI frameworks, and licensing management plans • Design integration patterns across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Outlook • Establish ALM pipelines and custom connector standards • Support regulatory compliance, audit requirements, and EUC best-practice documentation Requirements • 12+ years of overall professional experience • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform architecture and governance • Hands-on knowledge of DLP, IAM, environment strategy, and connector management • Experience with ALM pipelines, integration architecture, and security best practices • Strong understanding of licensing, risk controls, and enterprise operating models
