About the Role We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Data verse. The ideal candidate will have strong development expertise, experience with data integration, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Data verse • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Implement and migrate solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate • Develop custom solutions using .NET, JavaScript, and C# • Implement DevOps practices in Power Platform environments • Integrate and migrate data using Azure Synapse and/or Azure Data Factory • Analyze business requirements, design solutions, troubleshoot issues, and create technical documentation Requirements • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse • 5+ years designing, implementing, and migrating solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate • 5+ years of custom development experience using .NET, JavaScript, and C# • 2+ years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform environments • 8+ years of overall IT experience • 3+ years of experience with data integration and migration using Azure Synapse and/or Azure Data Factory • Strong skills in business requirements analysis, solution design, troubleshooting, and technical documentation • Excellent communication skills for business and technical discussions Benefits • Contract position with opportunities for long-term engagement
